PODS Docu-Line

This plan allows you to order bid documents without requiring Internet access. If you know the document number, simply call the toll-free PODS order number and we'll courier or fax the document to you.
This option is ideal for businesses that don't have access to the Internet but occasionally need to order tender documents.

Notes:
- A $30.00 minimum deposit account is required. This account will be drawn upon when the subscriber orders any bid document and/or receives any opportunity notice by fax. If this account falls below $5.00, the subscriber will be invoiced to replenish the deposit to $30.00.
- Subscribers with deposit accounts at or below $0.00 will be unable to receive bid documents from PODS until their account has been replenished.
- Each Amendment, Questions & Answers, Changes and Cancellations are treated as separate documents and the document ordering fees will apply. Subscribers have the option to accept or reject the automatic ordering of subsequent documents for an opportunity
- Subscribers receiving opportunity notices by fax will be charged $0.30 for the first 2 pages, each additional page will be charged $0.20.
- Courier Charges cover the entire document or multiple documents ordered at the same time and sent to the same destination within Canada. The Base Charge and Charge per Page remain the same as for Paper Documents. Non-standard package sizes will be
subject to additional charges based on size and location.
- PODS On_line and PODS Docu-Line account holders will be charged a $15 surcharge for document processing. This surcharge is in addition to base charges, per page charges and delivery fees.
