2.2 Managing Company and User Accounts
To access your account profile, simply click the My Profile option on the main menu at the top of the PODS website. Depending on the type of account with which you are currently logged in, you will see one of two different screens.
As a company administrator, you have the ability to modify the contact details for your organization; add, modify or remove non-administrative user accounts to/from your company profile; and modify opportunity matching delivery options. To create an extra administrative user account for your organization, please contact PODS support.
As a non-administrative user, you have the ability to view the contact details and settings chosen by the company administrator, and to specify your own automatic opportunity matching criteria using any combination of Region/GSIN or Region/Keyword. A daily opportunity matching notification will be sent to you via the medium(s) chosen by the company administrator.
