Manage the Status of Your Opportunities

With PODS you can now manage the status of opportunities you are watching or bidding on using the Bid Status feature, which allows you to track and edit the status of the opportunities you are watching. In addition, you can also edit opportunities, view customer information, add comments, change or add GSINs, region, agency or, simply add extra details to the opportunity to help with your business procurement process.

Create Customized Private Opportunities

You can also create customized private opportunities for your company and grant up to five users to access to the opportunity information, for any edits or amendments required. You also have the ability to assign a Customer to an opportunity, and view the Contacts for this Customer. In addition, you can now add more than one attachment and other files types to your opportunities, you are no longer restricted to PDFs only.
