PODS will advertise your company's bid opportunities free of charge on the PODS Web site. PODS will also send a notice of your opportunities to match suppliers in the PODS database. If a supplier is capable of bidding on your opportunities, the supplier is required to contact your company to receive documentation.

Let PODS do the work for you. First, we will solicit your opportunites on our Web site. The matched bidders will be notified of the opening date, closing date, bid number, contact information and a general description of your request. Once the bidder contacts your company, our job is done! From that point on, your company and the supplier deal one on one.

Pre-authorization

It doesn't take much to get started. All we require is pre-authorization. PODS will send your company a Letter of Approval  stating that we have permission to solicit your opportunity notifications. The onus of getting your information into our system will be upon PODS at no cost to your company. Once you sign and return the Letter of Approval, we can start to solicit your notifications. It's as simple as that. No long forms to complete and no waiting period. We can start to solicit your opportunity notifications as soon as you are ready.  Suppliers will come directly to you.
